Description
Podcherevok is a dried meat delicacy made with dry mustard, basil, coriander and pepper. It is made with meat from the pork underbelly with wide veins of fat. This is one of the tastiest parts of the pork carcass. The meat is marinated in salted water, then treated with spices and dried for several weeks. The result is a bacon-like product with bright veins of meat, a sweet flavour and a unique aroma.
